【Abstract】 The paper is made up of four parts. First it represents the importance of information-integrated technology of ERPS and PDMS to the building of modern enterprise. Then the paper analyses the ERPS and PDMS particularly, and argues the necessity of integration further. In the third part, it emphatic introduces the content and forms of Information-integrated technology.
