【摘要】 目的　探讨喘安对哮喘大鼠肺组织超微结构的影响。方法　建立大鼠哮喘模型 ,设立正常组、哮喘模型组、喘安组、桂龙咳喘宁组、必可酮组、喘安加必可酮组 ,治疗 36d后 ,在投射电镜下观察各组大鼠肺组织超微结构的变化。结果　正常组见到Ⅰ ,Ⅱ型上皮细胞 ,病理组见到形态完整的肥大细胞和嗜酸细胞的形态。各用药组治疗后 ,肥大细胞、嗜酸细胞、浆细胞及Ⅰ ,Ⅱ型上皮细胞的形态发生不同程度的改变。结论　喘安可能通过影响肥大细胞、嗜酸细胞、浆细胞及Ⅰ ,Ⅱ型上皮细胞的形态结构和功能而达到治疗哮喘的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to discuss the influence of ChuanAn on pulmonary tissue ultrastructure in asthma rat.Methods Rat asthma models were established and randomly divided in to normal grou p, asthma model group, ChuanAn group, Guilong Kechuannin group, Beclometasone gr oup and ChuanAn plus Beclometasone group. After treatment for 36 days, the pulmo nary tissue ultrastrueture changes in all the groups were observed under electro n microscope.Results Under electron microscope, typeⅠ,Ⅱepithelia was found in normal group, mastocyte and acidophil were found in pathology group. After treatment, differe nt degree changes of the forms of mastocyte, acidophil, plasmacyte and typeⅠ,Ⅱ epithelia happened in all the applying medicine groups.Conclusion ChuanAn can treat asthma through affecting the form, st ructure and function of mastocyte, acidophil, plasmacyte and typeⅠ,Ⅱepithelia.更多还原
