【摘要】 目的　观察哮喘大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液 (BALF)中炎细胞IL - 1βmRNA的表达情况 ,探讨IL - 1在哮喘发病中的作用。方法　用卵白蛋白 (OVA)致敏并激发大鼠哮喘反应 ,于激发后即刻、1h ,4h和 16h行支气管肺泡灌洗。用地高辛配基标记的cDNA探针检测BALF炎细胞IL - 1βmRNA的原位杂交水平。结果　正常大鼠BALF炎细胞极少表达IL - 1βmRNA ,过敏原激发可诱导BALF炎细胞表达IL - 1βmRNA显著增加。结论　哮喘大鼠BALF炎细胞表达IL - 1βmRNA增加 ,提示IL - 1在哮喘发病中有一定作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the expression of IL-1β in bronchial pulmonary alveolus lavage fluid inflammation cells of asthmatic rats and to discuss the action of IL-1 on attack of asthma.Methods Wistar rats were sensitized and excited by ovalbumin (OVA) to establish rat asthma models. Bronchial pulmonary alveolus was lavaged immediately, 1?h, 4?h, and 16?h after OVA excited. The primordial hybridization level of IL-1β mRNA in BALF inflammation cells was measured with digoxigenin labeled cDNA probe.Results BALF inflammation cells derived from normal rats expressed little IL-1β mRNA, allergen excitement can induce the increase of IL-1β mRNA expression in BALF cells.Conclusion The increase of IL-1β mRNA expression in BALF inflammation cells of asthmatic rats shows that IL-1 has some action on attack of asthma.更多还原
