【摘要】 目的　观察胚芽滋养胶囊对流感病毒感染小鼠血清IL - 2水平和淋巴细胞功能的影响。方法　以流感病毒FM1株滴鼻感染小鼠制造模型 ,应用胚芽滋养胶囊进行预防和治疗 ,以病毒唑注射液为对照 ,观察感染小鼠血清IL - 2水平和淋巴细胞的增殖反应。结果　小鼠T淋巴细胞和B淋巴细胞增殖水平及血清IL - 2水平对照组明显下降 ,胚芽滋养胶囊预防组和治疗组明显提高。结论　胚芽滋养胶囊对于流感病毒FM1感染导致的血清IL - 2水平和淋巴细胞功能下降有一定的促进提高作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the effect of Embryo-bud Nourishing Capsule on serum IL-2 and lymphocyte function of influenza virus infected rats.Methods Influenza virus FM 1 was dropped nose of rats to make infection model. Then Embryo-bud Nourishing Capsule was applied to prevent and treat. Using ribavirin injection as control, the level of serum IL-2 and the proliferous reaction of lymphocytes of the infection rats were observed.Results The levels of T lymphocytes and B lymphocytes proliferation and serum IL-2 in control group were obviously decreased and that in Embryo-bud Nourishing Capsule prevention and treatment groups were obviously increased.Conclusion Embryo-bud Nourishing Capsule can improve the serum IL-2 level and the lymphocyte function of the rats which were infected with influenza virus FM 1.更多还原
