丹参对脑缺血再灌注后所致肺损伤的保护作用

【摘要】 目的 观察丹参对脑缺血再灌注后肺损伤的影响。方法 采用Pulsinelli等的方法建立大鼠急性全脑缺血再灌注模型。将Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组 (A组 )、缺血再灌注组 (B组 )、丹参 +缺血再灌注组 (C组 ) ,分别测定 p(O2 )、p(CO2 )、肺系数 (LI % )及血浆和肺组织中与自由基有关物质的含量。结果 与B组比较 ,C组p(O2 )明显升高 ,肺组织和血浆MDA含量降低 ,SOD活性提高。结论 丹参对脑缺血再灌注后肺损伤具有保护作用。

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the effect of Red Sage Root on lung injury induced by brain ischemia-reperfusion (IR).Methods Rat models with acute brain ischemia-reperfusion were upbuilded with Pulsinellis’ method and then were divided into control group (group A), IR group (group B), Red Sage Root +IR group (group C). The lung function including p(O 2), p(CO 2), lung coefficient (LI%) and the content of matters related to free radical in plasma and lung tissue in each group was measured.Results The p(O 2) was obviously improved, the contents of MDA in lung tissue and plasma were decreased and the activity of SOD was improved.Conclusion Red Sage Root has protective effect on lung injury induced by brain ischemia-reperfusion.
