【摘要】 目的　观察脂微球前列腺素E1(凯时注射液 )治疗脑梗死的疗效。方法　将经头颅MRI或CT证实的脑梗死患者随机分为 2组 ,治疗组用凯时 10 μg +生理盐水 2 0mL缓慢静脉推注 ,对照组应用复方丹参 2 0mL +生理盐水 2 5 0mL静脉点滴 ,均为每日 1次 ,连用 14d。结果　治疗组神经功能缺损评分、日常生活能力及纤维蛋白原、血小板、胆固醇、三酰甘油改善程度均优于对照组。结论　凯时对急性脑梗死有较好的治疗作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the curative effect of lipopectic prostaglandin E1 (Kaishi injection) on cerebral infarction.Methods Patients with cerebral infarction who were diagnosed with encephalic MRI or CT were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with Kaishi injection 10 ug and physiological saline 20 mL intravenous slowly and the control group was treated with complex Danshen injection 250 mL and physiological saline 250 mL intravenous drip. All the drugs were used one time a day for 14 days.Results The nerval impairment score, the daily living activity and the ameliorative degree of fibrinogen, hemoblast, cholesterin and triglyceride in treatment group were all better than those in control group.Conclusion Kaishi injection has a good curative effect on acute cerebral infartion.更多还原
