【摘要】 目的　探讨奎的平治疗以阴性症状为主的精神分裂症的临床疗效及不良反应。方法　将符合入组条件的精神分裂症患者随机分为奎的平组与舒必利组并进行相应治疗 ,用临床疗效总评 (CGI)、阴性与阳性症状量表 (PANSS)和不良反应量表 (TESS)评定其疗效和不良反应。结果　奎的平组的疗效优于舒必利组 ,尤其对阴性症状的疗效更突出。不良反应无显著性差异。结论　奎的平是一种安全有效的抗精神病药物 ,对精神分裂的阴性症状有显著疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to discuss the clinical efficacy and untoward reaction of quetiapine on schizophrenia mainly with negative symptoms.Methods The patients who accorded with the choosing conditions were randomly divided into quetiapine group and sulpiride group and were treated accordingly. The curative effect and untoward reaction were assessed with CGI, PANSS and TESS.Results Quetiapine group had a better curative effect than sulpiride group, especially on negative symptoms. Untoward reaction had no obvious difference between the two groups.Conclusion Quetiapine is a safe and effective anti-psychotic drug and it has a obvious effect on negative symptoms of schizophrenia.更多还原
