【摘要】 目的　分析席汉氏综合征的脑电图变化特征。方法　采用日本光电F - 7314型记录仪 ,对 4 0例确诊患者进行脑电图描记。其中 32例异常 ,经纠正血糖、电解质紊乱后 ,再进行脑电图描记。结果　入院脑电图异常 32例 ,占 80 % ;纠正血糖、电解质紊乱后脑电图异常 2 4例 ,占 6 0 %。结论　席汉氏综合征脑电图异常发生率高 ,与血糖、电解质紊乱关系密切。纠正上述因素仍有 6 0 %异常 ,可能与垂体促激素分泌减少有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to analyze the electroencephalogram (EEG) change character of Sheehan’s Syndrome.Methods 40 patients with Sheehan’s Syndrome were scanned with Japanese photoelectric F-7314 type EEG machine. 32 patients who were abnormal in those were scanned renewedly after the disorder of blood sugar and electrolyte were rectified.Results EEG of 32 patients (80%) was abnormal before treatment. EEG of 24 patients (60%) was abnormal after the disorder of blood sugar and electrolyte were rectified.Conclusion There is a high abnormal incident rate of EEG in patients with Sheehan’s Syndrome, which is concerned with the disorder of blood sugar and electrolyte. There were still 60% patients got abnormal EEGs after the above factors were rectified, which may be concerned with the decrease of pituitary hormones secreting.更多还原
