【摘要】 目的　观察温肾泄浊汤对慢性肾功能衰竭 (CRF)患者尿白细胞介素 6 (IL - 6 )及肾功能的影响。方法　选择CRF脾肾阳虚、湿浊瘀阻证患者 6 0例 ,随机分为 2组。对照组予低蛋白饮食、控制高血压及对症治疗 ;治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服温肾泄浊汤。治疗 2个月后观察两组临床疗效、肾功能及尿IL - 6的变化。结果　治疗后治疗组尿IL - 6水平较治疗前明显下降 (P <0 .0 1) ,对照组无明显改变 ,两组治疗后比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ;治疗组在显效率、总有效率和改善肾功能方面亦优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5和 0 0 1)。结论　温肾泄浊汤能够抑制CRF患者尿IL - 6分泌和改善肾功能 ,这可能是其治疗CRF的机制之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the effect of Wenshen Xiezhuo decoction (WSXZD) on urinary interleukin-6 (IL-6) and renal function in patients with chronic renal failure (CRF). Methods Sixty patients with deficiency of kidney-Yang and damp pathogen and blood stasis symptom in CRF were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Thirty cases in the control group were treated with low-protein diets, hypertension controlled and symptomatic treatment. Thirty cases in the treated group were additionally treated with WSXZD based on the control group. The clinical curative effect, renal function and urinary IL-6 in the two groups were observed after treated for two months.Results Levels of urinary IL-6 in the treated group lowered greatly after treatment ( P <0.01), but that in the control group had no obvious changes ( P >0.05). There was significantly different between the two groups ( P <0.01). The obvious effect rate, total effective rate and the improvement of renal function in the treated group were better than that in the control group ( P <0.05, P <0.01).Conclusion WSXZD can inhibit the secretion and function of urinary IL-6 in patients with CRF, and which is possible one of the mechanisms of CRF treated with WSXZD.更多还原
