【摘要】 目的　探讨中、西抗菌药联用对肺炎链球菌的抑菌作用。方法　采用体外纸片抑菌法分别测定临床常用的抗生素和具有抗菌作用的中药 ,以及它们联合应用对肺炎链球菌的抑菌作用。结果　大部分中、西抗菌药物在体外联合应用时抑菌作用变化不明显 ,也有部分出现变化 ,既有协同、相加作用 ,也有拮抗作用。结论　中、西抗菌药的合理配伍可以加强抗肺炎链球菌感染的效果 ,而不合理的配伍反而会降低疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to study the united bacteriostasis of antibiotic and Chinese herbs on pneumococcus. Methods The bacteriostasis of antibiotics, antibacterial Chinese herbs and their combinations on pneumococcus were determined with modified kirby-bauer. Results Most combinations of antibiotic and Chinese herbs had no obvious bacteriostasis variation, but part of them appeared cooperative or conflict. Conclusion The reasonable combination of antibiotic and Chinese herbs can increase bacteriostasis, but the unreasonable combination maybe decrease the effect.更多还原
