【摘要】 目的　观察用Vojta法、Bobath法、上田法治疗小儿脑瘫的疗效。方法　根据脑瘫患儿不同临床表现和运动发育阶段 ,分别采用Vojta法、Bobath法、上田法三种手段中的 1种或同时兼用 2种、3种手技进行康复训练。结果　训练后脑瘫儿的运动功能尤其是大运动功能 ,有明显改善 ,异常姿势得到有效控制。结论　用Vojta法、Bobath法、上田法对脑瘫儿进行康复训练 ,可促进其运动功能康复 ,且治疗越早效果越好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to observe the effect of Vojta, Bobath and Ueda method on children cerebral palsy patients. Methods Single or mixed treatment of Vojta, Bobath and Ueda method was applied to the function recovery training according to different clinical manifestation and physical growth stage. Results After treatment, the patients’ movement functions, especially the gross mote functions were obviously improved and the abnormal postures were controlled. Conclusion Function recovery training with Vojta, Bobath and Ueda method can improve the movement functional recovery of children cerebral palsy patients, and earlier training lead to better effect.更多还原
