基于ProE的超剪切设备关键结构的有限元分析
Finite element analysis of key structure of ultra-shearing equipment based on ProE
【摘要】 通过使用三维造型软件 ProE 的特征建模功能.建立了高速超剪切分散细化设备关键结构转子模型.利用有限元软件ANSYS 分析得到了转子超高速转动下的变形、应力分布及转子的固有频率和振型。所得的结果可以指导此类转子的结构参数化设计。
【Abstract】 By using the characteristic modeling function of three dimensional sculpting software,namely ProE,the model of the key structure-rotor of high speed ultra-shearing dispersing and disintegrating equipment was established.The stress distribut- ing,deformation of rotors at super high-speed,the natural frequency and mode of rotors were analyzed with finite element method software(ANSYS).And the results obtained can provide a basis to optimize the characteristic parameters of rotors of this kind.
