百目Vc冷却结晶动力学的研究
Study on cooling crystallization kinetics of fine granular vitamin C
【摘要】 对相关的结晶动力学模型进行了筛选,采用间歇动态法中的矩量变换法测定了百目 Vc 冷却结晶过程动力学,利用最小二乘法进行多元线性回归后得到了动力学参数,通过实验验证了动力学模型的可靠性,并对百目 Vc 冷却结晶过程的影响因素进行了分析讨论。
【Abstract】 After the correlative crystallization kinetic models were selected,the moment transforming,one of the intermit- tent dynamic methods,was adopted to determine the crystallization kinetics of fine granular vitamin C.The kinetic parameters under the experimental conditions were obtained by using the least square method for the multivariate linear regression,and the reliability of the kinetic models was validated experimentally.In addition,the influencing factors of the cooling crystallization process of fine granular vitamin C were analyzed.
