废聚烯烃催化裂解研究进展
Progress in catalytic pyrolysis of waste polyolefins
【摘要】 综述了废聚烯烃催化裂解反应中所用的主要催化剂及反应器的研究进展。指出中孔分子筛由于其大而均匀的孔结构以及较高的比表面积有望成为处理废聚烯烃的有效催化剂,流化床反应器是处理废聚烯烃的有效反应器。与传统的小孔分子筛相比,目前所用的全硅型中孔分子筛还存在酸性弱、催化活性低等缺点,建议应通过在全硅型中孔分子筛骨架中引入某些过渡金属元素和某些能产生超强酸的基团,进一步提高该类催化剂的酸强度、催化活性及稳定性。
【Abstract】 The progress in various catalysts and reactors used in catalytic pyrolysis of waste polyolefins was reviewed.It was pointed out that the mesoporous molecular sieve (MCM-41) would be expected to become an effective catalyst for treating waste polyolefins because of its larger and more uniform mesopore structure and higher specific surface area,and that a fluidized bed reactor would be the effective reactor for the catalytic pyrolysis of waste polyolefins.Compared to the conventional zeolites of small sized pores,MCM-41 is still of poorer acidity and lower catalytic activity.It was suggested that the research work be placed on improving the acidity,activity and stability of MCM-41 by adding some transition metals and some strong acid groups into its frame.
