【摘要】 在对电能质量监测研究现状、分类及测量方法进行阐述的基础上 ,归纳了电能质量监测数据特点 ,给出IEEE推荐使用的电能质量数据交换格式 (PQDIF)在电能质量监测网络中的具体实现设计思路和方法 ,在此基础上实现了PQDIF数据格式的转换 ,完成PQDIF在国内推广的起步工作更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the introduction of the research status, classification and measuring technology of power quality, features of data in monitoring are concluded. According to the PQDIF recommended by IEEE, the design principle and methods of realization of this data format are proposed. Furthermore, the format conversion of PQDIF is accomplished, making an important initial contribution to the popularization of it.更多还原
