基于SIS的火电厂实时负荷优化分配的研究

【摘要】 提出了在SIS平台上开发火力发电厂实时负荷优化分配系统的具体方案。采用实时生产过程数据在线拟合各机组煤耗量特性曲线 ,以此特性曲线为基础 ,综合考虑电网的负荷需求和机组的出力限制 ,运用动态规划原理实时计算负荷的最优分配值 ,将结果作为机组的目标负荷调节值直接送至其协调控制系统 ,同时通过电网远程发送单元将厂站端的相关信息反馈给电网调度中心 ,实现全厂总负荷优化分配的闭环控制 ,以提高整个电厂的经济效益。

【Abstract】 A specific method of real time load optimized distribution in power plant is presented upon SIS platform. The optimal distribution result was calculated by applying dynamic programming theory on the basis of the comprehensive consideration of the electric system load requirement, the limitation of generator set’s operation, and the characteristic curve of generator sets’ coal wastage obtained by online computation of real time process data in power plant production. Then, by the way of sending the optimal distribution result to CCS of generator sets and feeding back the relative information of power plant via RTU to load dispatching center, the total load optimal distribution among generator sets in power plant can be realized in closed loop control way. Obviously, this kind of power plant control will greatly increase the beneficial result from the economical view.
