【摘要】 目的:探索挫伤性前房积血的最佳药物治疗方法.方法:72眼挫伤性前房积血分别应用安络血、止血芳酸结合甘露醇、醋氮酰胺、皮质类固醇激素等药物治疗,并进行统计分析。结果:安络血组挫伤性前房积血的平均吸收时间较短.结论:合理应用止血药物和高渗剂能得到良好的治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the rationai medicine treatment for ontrused hyphema. Methods: 72 cases were divided into two groups retrospectively according to different management with carbazochrome ( controlled group) or carbenzamine ( contrast group). Results: Mean absorption time of hyphema was shorter in carbazochrome group than that in carbenzamine group. Conclusion: The carbazochrome could achieve better therapeutic results.更多还原
