【摘要】 目的:探讨显微手术联合丝裂霉素C治疗眼翼状胬肉的临床效果.方法:对16例20眼翼状胬肉施行显微镜下切除联合术中丝裂霉素C棉片(0.4mg/ml)一性湿敷5分钟,再用200ml生理盐水充分冲洗.结果:随访3月~18月,18眼痊愈,2眼复发(仅限在巩膜床上).复发率10％,无一例出现虹睫炎,角巩膜坏死,白内障等并发症.结论:显微手术联合丝裂霉素C治疗翼状胬肉优于传统的翼状胬肉切除术.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the clinical effects of microsurgery combined with mitomycin C in the treatment of pterygium. Methods: 16 cases (20 eyes) with pterygium were treated by microscopic resection and one-time 5min wet dressing of mitomycin C cotton patch (0.4mg/ml) after operation. Then 200 ml normal saline solution was used for thorough irrigation. Results: All the cases underwent 3-18 months follow-up survey. 18 eyes were cured and recurrence occurred for only 2 eyes (limited on sclera) with the recurrence rate as 10%. No cases developed complications such as iridocyclitis, necrosis of corneosclera, and cataract etc. Conclusion: Microsurgery combined with mitomycin C in the treatment of pterygium had better clinical effects than pterygium treated by traditional resection.更多还原
