【摘要】 络系统是经络系统的一个有机组成部分。络系统的组成主要有十五大络、阴络、阳络、缠络、孙络和浮络等。它是运行人体气血、沟通脏腑肢节、调整人体生理功能的基本功能单位。络病理论认为络病是由各种因素而导致络脉痹阻、气血津液运行不畅的一类病变。深入研究络系统和络病理论对于我们继承和发展中医传统理论 ,并对其中的脏腑经络、病因病机、诊断治疗、辨证论治等理论都有很大的帮助。并且对于运用现代医学对传统中医进行微观研究 ,提出相应的假说有一定的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the present paper, the authors discuss the theory of the collateral system of meridians and collateral diseases from ① the pose of the concept of “collateral system and collateral diseases"; ② the component of the collateral system; ③ functions of the collateral system; ④ pathology of the collateral system; and ⑤ clinical application of the theory of the collateral system and collateral disorders. The collateral system is composed of fifteen major collaterals, yin and yang collaterals, minute collaterals, superficial collaterals, etc. and is the basic functional unit for transporting qi and blood, communicating the zangfu organs and the body surface, and regulating physiological activities of the human body. The collateral diseases are those functional disorders of the body caused by various factors induced blockage of the collateral branches of meridians and dysfunctions of circulation of qi, blood and body fluid. The deep research on the theory of the collateral system and collateral diseases will help us a lot in carrying forward and developing traditional theories of Chinese medicine, gaining a clear idea about the essence of the doctrines of zangfu organs and meridian collaterals, understanding the pathogenesis of different diseases, and in making correct diagnosis and treatment of various disorders according to the comprehensive analysis on the symptoms and signs.更多还原
