针刺对脑缺血小鼠脑组织胶质纤维酸性蛋白表达的影响

【摘要】 目的 :观察针刺对脑缺血小鼠脑组织胶质纤维蛋白的影响。方法 :选用NIH雄性小鼠3 8只 ,随机分为正常组 (n =10 )、假手术组 (n =10 )、模型组 (n =8)、针刺组 (n =10 )。针刺“百会”、“神庭”、“率谷”、“脑户”穴 ,1天 1次 ,共 10次。用免疫组化法观测胶质纤维酸性蛋白 (GFAP)的表达。结果 :模型组海马结构中GFAP免疫组化染色阳性反应普遍增强 ,正常组和假手术组的阳性反应一致 ,而针刺组的阳性反应介于模型和正常鼠之间。结论 :针刺对小鼠学习记忆能力的改变与使GFAP阳性反应数减少有关

【Abstract】 Objective: To observe the effect of acupuncture on cerebral glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) expression in cerebral ischemia rats. Methods: 38 NIH male mice were randomly divided into control group (n=10), sham operation group (n=10), model group (n=8) and acupuncture group (n=10). Cerebral ischemia model was established by occlusion of the bilateral common carotid arteries. “Baihui"(GV 20), “Shenting"(GV 24), “Shuaigu"(GB 8) and “Naohu"(GV 17) were punctured once daily, 10 times all together. GFAP expression was assayed with immunohistochemical technique. Results: GFAP immunoreaction (IR) positive neurons of the radiation layer of CA1 area in model group were significantly more than those of control group and sham operation group (P< 0.01). In comparison with model group, GFAP IR positive neurons of hippocampal radiation layer in acupuncture group were strikingly fewer (P<0.01), while no significant differences were found between four groups in IR positive neurons of lacuma molecular layer and hilus region of dentate gyrus of hippocampus (P>0.05). Conclusion: Acupuncture can downregulate cerebral ischemia induced stronger expression of GFAP in CA1 region of hippocampus.
