硫酸钛催化合成乳酸异戊酯
Synthesis of Isoamyl Lactate Catelyzed by Titanium Sulfate
【摘要】 以硫酸钛为催化剂 ,通过乳酸和异戊醇反应合成了乳酸异戊酯 .探讨了催化剂用量、醇酸物质的量比以及反应时间对酯化率的影响 .实验结果表明 :最佳条件为 :催化剂用量 0 3g/0 1mol乳酸 ,醇酸物质的量比 1 2∶1 ,带水剂 (环己烷 ) 8mL ,反应时间 1 5h ,温度 80~ 1 0 5℃ ,在此条件下 ,酯化率可达 98 38%.
【Abstract】 Isoamyl lactate is synthesized from lactic acid and isoamyl alcohol using titanium sulfate as catalyst.The influenceable factors such as amount of catalyst,molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to lactic acid and reaction time on the yield of isoamiyl lactate are discussed.The results indicate that the optimum conditions are as follows:using 0.1mol loctic acid,mass of catalyst is 0.3g,molar ratio of isoamyl alcohol to lactic acid is 1.2∶1, dehydrating agent (cyclohexane)is 8 mL,reaction time is 90min,and the temperature is 80~105℃.The esterification yield for loctic acid is 98.38%
