【Abstract】 Turning farmlands back to forests or grasslands, growing grass to raise livestocks, pursuing the coordination of environmental protection and sustainable development are of great significance in protecting eco-environment, bettering the industrial structure of agriculture and animal husbandry, restoring vegetation of grasslands, stimulating rural economy and increasing farmers’ income.
