香丹注射液对冠心病血瘀证内皮源性血管活性因子基因表达的影响

【摘要】 目的 :探讨香丹注射液对冠心病患者血瘀证内皮源性血管活性因子基因表达的影响。方法 :将 56例冠心病血瘀证患者随机分为冠心病常规治疗对照组和常规治疗加香丹注射液治疗组 ,疗程均为 10d。分别于治疗前、后采血 ,用RT PCR方法检测内皮素 1(endothelin 1,ET 1)和内皮型一氧化氮合酶 (endothelialnitric oxidesynthase ,eNOS)的mRNA表达。结果 :治疗后 ,香丹注射液治疗组eNOS的mRNA阳性率增加 ,ET 1的mRNA阳性率下降 ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5)。结论 :香丹注射液能调节eNOS和ET 1的mRNA表达 ,改善冠心病血瘀证患者血管内皮功能

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the effect of Xiangda n Injection on mRNA expression of the endothelial vaso-active factors of patients with coronary heart disease and blood stasis. Methods: Fifty-six p atients were randomly divided into two groups:twenty-eight patients were treat ed according to the therapeutic guide for coronary heart disease as the control group and 28 were given the same treatment plus Xiangdan Injection as the treate d group. The expressions of ET-1 and eNOS mRNA were examined with RT-PCR befor e experiment and ten days later. Results: The positive rate of eNOS mRNA of the treated group increased, while the positive rate of ET-1 mRNA of th e treated group decreased after ten day’s treatment, with significant differenc es as compared with that before the experiment. Xiangdan Injection up-regulated the eNOS mRNA expression and suppressed the ET-1 mRNA expression. Changes of e xpression were not observed in the control group. Conclusion: Xiangd an Injection improves the endothelial function of patients with coronary heart d isease and blood stasis by regulating the expressions of ET-1 and eNOS mRNA.
