水稻品种胚乳淀粉RVA谱的稳定性分析
Stability Analysis for the RVA Profile Properties of Rice Starch
【摘要】 利用AMMI模型对 18个水稻品种的淀粉RVA谱特征值———最高黏度、热浆黏性、冷胶黏度、崩解值、回复值和消减值进行稳定性分析 ,并以 6个性状的表型值及相应的稳定性参数 (Di)为指标 ,对供试品种进行聚类分析和评价。结果表明 ,6项RVA谱特征值在不同品种和环境间的差异以及G×E互作效应都达到极显著水平 (P <0 .0 1) ;6项特征值的稳定性随品种不同而变化较大 (0 .0 5≤Di≤ 2 .71)。此外 ,W0 0 2、广陵香粳、早丰 9号、丰优香占和南京 16等水稻品种 ,稳定性较高 ,淀粉崩解值高 ,消减值低 ,且具有较高的产量水平 ,故可在江苏地区推广种植 ;同时它们也可作为育种亲本 ,供水稻品质育种利用。
【Abstract】 The rice cultivar stability analysis for six starch paste characteristics of RVA profile was carried out using addi tive main effects and multiplicative interaction (AMMI) model in two years at three sites. Eighteen tested cultivars were further clustered and evaluated based on the phenotypic values of these paste properties and the D i values from AMMI model. The results showed that variances among the genotypes, environments and G×E interactions were significant at the level of 1% and the stability of these paste properties varied with the cultivars (0.05 ≤ D i ≤2.71). In addition, the rice cultivars, including W002, Guanglingxiangjing, Zaofeng 9, Fengyouxiangzhan and Nanjing 16, could be used as parents for high quality rice breeding and be populated in Jiangsu Province, because of their good stability, higher production, higher breakdown viscosity (BDV) and lower setback viscosity (SBV) in six environments.
