玉米抗甘蔗花叶病毒的遗传分析
Inheritance of Resistance to Sugarcane Mosaic Virus in Maize
【摘要】 选用 2个抗病自交系 (黄早四、Pa4 0 5 )与 2个感病自交系 (掖 10 7、Mo17)配制 4套杂交组合 ,通过对双亲、F1 、F2 及回交群体苗期植株叶片危害度和成株期植株病级的调查分析 ,研究了玉米抗甘蔗花叶病毒的遗传规律。结果表明 ,苗期和成株期玉米杂交组合F1 的抗感程度与遗传背景有关 ,抗性遗传不符合加性 显性模型。掖 10 7组配的两个组合均表现感病 ,抗病遗传以正向显性或超显性效应为主 ;而以Mo17为亲本的组合表现抗病和高抗 ,抗病遗传以负向加性效应为主 ;抗病基因之间存在明显的互作效应 ,其中以加性 显性互作和显性 显性互作更为突出。黄早四和Pa4 0 5对甘蔗花叶病毒的抗性遗传力较高 (变幅为 6 3.11%~ 98.2 8% ) ;两者分别含有至少 2对和 1对抗病基因。研究表明 ,玉米抗甘蔗花叶病毒基因的加性、显性以及互作效应普遍存在 ,且在不同杂交组合中作用方式不同 ;抗病性受多对基因控制 ,存在效应强弱之分。
【Abstract】 Inheritance of resistance to sugarcane mosaic virus (SCMV) in maize was studied in progenies derived from four crosses between two resistant inbred lines, Huangzao4 and Pa405, and two susceptible lines, Ye107 and Mo17. The reactions to SCMV of parental lines, F1, F2 and two backcrossed generations were scored at seedling and grain-filling stages, respectively. The results showed that the reactions of four F1 crosses to SCMV were different, and the inheritance did not follow the additive-dominant genetic model. Both F1s involved Ye107 were susceptible, and significant positive and dominant or over-dominant gene effects were relevant to resistance to SCMV. While both F1s involved Mo17 were resistant, and significant negative and additive effects were found contributing to SCMV resistance. Meanwhile significant interactions were found, of which additive×dominant and dominant×dominant were more important. The heritability of Huangzao4 and Pa405 for SCMV resistance was estimated high with a range of 63.11% to 98.28%, and both lines were estimated to contain at least two and one different resistant genes, respectively. We conclude that additive and dominant effects as well as interactions can be found in the inheritance of resistance to SCMV, and gene effects varied in different genetic background.
