【摘要】 目的　通过对甘肃省 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年艾滋病 (AIDS)疫情、血清学和行为学监测情况分析 ,为制定甘肃省AIDS防制策略提供依据。方法　通过血清学、行为学和流行病学监测 ,分析甘肃省AIDS流行病学特征 ,提供防制措施。结果　 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年共检出艾滋病病毒 (HIV)感染者 4 7例 ,AIDS病人 9例 ,死亡 6例。以青壮年为主 ,男女比例为 2 6∶1;传播途径以静脉注射毒品为主 ,占 5 9 5 7% ;5 7%的HIV感染者文化程度为小学以下。 3年共完成重点人群监测 3935 0 1人 ,检出HIV抗体阳性者 4 7例 ,阳性率为 0 12‰。吸毒人群共用注射器比例呈逐年上升趋势 ,2 0 0 2年达 2 0 %。结论　甘肃省 2 0 0 0～ 2 0 0 2年AIDS流行速度明显加快 ,高危人群高危行为增加 ,预计甘肃省HIV感染者将大幅度增加 ,需加大防制力度 ,防止进一步蔓延。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze HIV/AIDS epidemic situation,serological and behavioral surveillance in Gansu province from 2000 to 2002 and provide evidence for AIDS prevention and control strategies. Methods Through serological,behabioral and epidemiological surveillance epidemic characteristics were analyzed and measures to prevent and control AIDS were proposed Results A total of 47 HIV infected cases were detected in Gansu from 2000 to 2002,with 9 AIDS patients and 6 deaths,the majority of whom were the youth;the ratio of male to female was 2 60∶1,and the main route of transmission was through IDU(59 57%);57% of HIV cases were at low educational level Of 393,501 who had been tested 47 cases were HIV positive,with a positive rate of 0 12%;20% of drug users were IDU who shared needles,and such trends were more common in 2002 than in 2001. Conclusions The HIV/AIDS epidemic significantly increased at a higher speed in Gansu from 2000 to 2002 More HIV infected cases will be detected in population with high risk behavior in the future Effective measures should be taken to prevent and control HIV/AIDS epidemic更多还原
