DGN-1型流量计测试误差的补偿
Calculation methods of the errors compensation for DGN—1 flow meter
【摘要】 DGN—1型流量计在流量的测量中存在测量误差问题,其测量的精度主要取决于仪表输入接口的测量传感器和A/D转换器的精度。在实际应用中,发现A/D转换器MC14433的外接积分电容的漏电阻影响它的转换精度,且使转换误差呈非线性变化。通过试验分析,推导出了简化的补偿电阻的计算方法和一种简单实用的补偿措施。在软件补偿上也采取了一定的措施,提高了DGN—1型流量计测量精度。
【Abstract】 The DGN—1 flow meter has a accuracy problem in practical flow measuring , its precision depends on the sensor accuracy of its input interface and the A/D transformation. In the practical measuring, the leak electricity resistances of outside integration capacitance in the A/D transformation MC14433 influence its transfer accuracy, and transfer error tendency is nonlinear. Through experi-ment analysis,a simple calculation method of compensating resistance and a compensating measure have been given.The authors also give some software compensating measures to improve the measurement accuracy of DGN-1.
