美废脱墨浆与机械浆配抄再生新闻纸性能的研究

【摘要】 进行了美废脱墨浆与杨木CTMP配抄新闻纸性能的研究。结果表明:杨木CTMP的加入量在10%~30%之间时,松厚度整体都提高,成纸撕裂指数都在6.78mN·m2/g以上,而抗张强度却有所下降,但下降幅度不大。杨木CTMP作为少量的配浆(≤20%)加入废纸浆,可以使废纸浆的纤维结合力增强,在一定程度上提高了成纸的强度;随着配比的增大(>30%),成纸裂断长和撕裂指数呈明显下降趋势,白度、不透明度和松厚度的变化不是很明显。

【Abstract】 The reproduced newspaper properties from the blending pulp of American wasted paper and Aspen CTMP was studied. The results show the lightness and the tearing strength are of good quality. The mixture pulp of American old newspaper and magazine (9∶1) and 30% Aspen CTMP can produce a tensile strength improved paper while keeping the paper bulk, when the proportion of American old newspaper and magazine is 7∶3 and mixed with 10% Aspen CTMP, the paper tensile strength is higher than that of former sheets at the cost of slightly bulk.
