大掺量粉煤灰配制高性能渠道衬砌混凝土的研究
Study on properties of high fly-ash amount concrete for canal liner
【摘要】 研究了水胶比、粉煤灰掺量、激发剂掺量、减水剂掺量对混凝土抗压强度和抗渗性的影响。结果发现,掺入20g/kg的石膏激发剂和35g/kg的HA早强减水剂,即使粉煤灰掺量达到600g/kg,混凝土的强度等级也能达到C15~C20,抗渗等级可达到W4以上,满足渠道衬砌对混凝土的技术要求。这表明,在渠道衬砌中应用大掺量粉煤灰混凝土是完全可行的,而且具有材源广、性能优和经济安全等方面的优势。
【Abstract】 The effects of water-cement ratio,the amount of fly-ash,activator and superlasticizer on compressive strength and seepage resistance of concrete were studied.The results suggested that an addition of 20 g/kg stimulator,35 g/kg HA-1 water-reducer,600 g/kg fly-ash met the requirment of the compressive strength and anti-seepage of concrete used in canal liner.
