气象卫星遥感监测在森林防火中的应用

【摘要】 利用NOAA极轨卫星AVHRR第3通道资料,结合地面森林分布状况及当时天气条件能有效监测森林火灾,并通过AVHRR3,4通道辐射温度的差异计算森林火灾面积,监测面积与实测面积吻合。在监测实例分析的基础上提出江西省全年均应为森林防火期。

【Abstract】 Making use of NOAA/AVHRR data of channel 3 and the floor forest distribution and the weather condition at the same time,we can effectively monitor forest fires and calculate the fired areas by temperature differences of radiation between AVHRR data of channel 3 and those of channel 4.The major period during which forest fires take place mostly is from October to April of the following year,it is the period of forest fire-proofing in Jiangxi province.According to the information analysis of meteorological satellite’s monitoring,we draw a conclusion that the whole year in Jiangxi province should be in forest fire-proofing period.
