灰葡萄孢BC4菌株产生天然脱落酸的研究
Isolation and identification of abscisic acid from BC4 isolate of Botrytis cinerea
【摘要】 用柱层析和制备HPLC法从灰葡萄孢BC4菌株的PD培养滤液中分离到一种白色固体。经HPLC-ESIMS,GC-MS,IR和1HNMR鉴定为脱落酸。生物活性测定结果表明,该脱落酸的活性是标准脱落酸的2.5倍以上;用0.7μmol/L该物质的丙酮溶液处理反枝苋催芽种子,2d内反枝苋种子幼芽和幼根均无生长,而对照的反枝苋种子幼芽和幼根总长度平均为2.3cm,抑制率达100%。
【Abstract】 An active metabolite,as a white-color solid,had been isolated from potato-dextrose (PD)-culture of BC4 isolate of Botrytis cinerea by LC and HPLC.The metabolite was identified as abscisic acid (ABA) by HPLC-ESI MS,GC-MS,IR and~1H NMR.The bioassay shows that tha activity of the ABA is 2.5 times greater than that of the standard ABA (the mixture of optically active isomer and non-active isomer).The compound has inhibited seed germination of the Amaranthus retroflexus L.completely at a concentration of 0.7 μmol/L.
