【摘要】 用大口径毛细管气相色谱法测定了西安市10种夏季蔬菜80个样品中7种农药的残留量。结果表明,蔬菜中甲胺磷、氧化乐果、久效磷、甲拌磷、乐果、马拉硫磷、对硫磷含量分别为未检出～2.44mg/kg,未检出～2.58mg/kg,未检出～0.05mg/kg,未检出～1.46mg/kg,未检出～0.02mg/kg,未检出～0.07mg/kg,未检出～0.23mg/kg,超标率依次为10.0%,35.0%,3.8%,11.3%,0.0%,10.0%,7.5%,10种蔬菜总体合格率为45.0%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Seven kinds of pesticide residues were determined by large bore capillary meteorochromatograph in 80 samples of 10 kinds of summer vegetable in Xi’an City.The results showed that the residues of methamidophos,omethoate,monocrotophos,phorate,dimethoate,malathion and parathion were not checked out-2.44 mg/kg,not checked out-2.58 mg/kg,not checked out-0.05 mg/kg,not checked out-1.46 mg/kg,not checked out-0.02 mg/kg,not checked out-0.07 mg/kg,not checked out-0.23 mg/kg respectively and the rates of exceed quota are 10.0%,35.0%,3.8%,11.3%,0.0%,10.0%,7.5% in the order mentioned.The qualification rate of 10 kinds of vegetables was 45.0%.更多还原
