NaCl胁迫对黑麦根尖细胞有丝分裂的影响
Effect of Salt Stress on Mitosis of Root Tip Cell in Rye(secale cereale)
【摘要】 不同浓度的NaCl溶液,采用2种不同的方法(种子吸胀后先进行盐处理:种子萌发后,至根长达0.5~1cm时再进行盐处理)对黑麦分别处理24h和48h(共4种处理),观察其根尖分生组织细胞有丝分裂及染色体行为。结果表明,4种不同的处理都是随着NaCl溶液浓度的升高,根尖细胞有丝分裂指数逐渐下降,且两者呈极显著负相关:经NaCl胁迫后的根尖细胞染色体发生畸变,随着NaCl溶液浓度的升高染色体畸变率不断上升,且两者呈极显著正相关。4种处理间相比较,萌发后根长0.5~1cm再进行盐处理48h受到的影响最大。即有丝分裂指数最低,染色体畸变率最高。
【Abstract】 Mitosis and abnormal chromosome behavior of root tip cells in rye were studied when rye was treated by different NaCl solution density in 24 hours and 48 hours respectively.And two different treatmens were used,one was that rye was treated by salt directly after expanding,the other was that rye was handled when the root was 0.5~1 cm length.The results showed that there existed a most remarkable negative correlation between mitotic index and salt solution density.Abnormal chromosome behavior emerged in rye root tip cells after treating by Salt.There existed a greatly signicant positive correlation between abnormal chromosome behavior and salt solution density.Among four treatments,the mitotic index was the lowest,and abnormal chromosome frequency was the highest when 0.5~1 cm long rye root after germinatio wihich was treated by salt in 48 hours.
