马铃薯块茎贮藏期间蛋白质和维生素C含量的变化
Studies on the Content Changes of Protein and Vitamin C during Potato Storage
【摘要】 对10个马铃薯品种贮藏期间的蛋白质和维生素C含量进行定期测定,结果表明,贮藏期间不同品种间的蛋白质和维生素C含量的差异均呈极显著水平,贮藏期与马铃薯维生素C含量呈极显著负相关,与蛋白质含量无相关性。
【Abstract】 The changes of protein and vitamin C contents of ten varieties of potato were determined at certain period during storage.The results showed that the differences of protein and vitamin C contents of ten potato varieties were highly significant during storage,respectively.There exists significantly negative correlation between different storage times and the contents of vitamin C.Storage had no effect on protein.
