不同寄主对美洲斑潜蝇生长发育的影响

【摘要】 室内自然变温条件下,测定了黄瓜、菜豆和番茄各5个品种对美洲斑潜蝇生长发育的影响。结果表明,菜豆最有利于该虫生长发育,其次为番茄、黄瓜。用上述作物饲养,该虫的全生育历期依次为23.162、24.184和25.084 d;初孵幼虫到蛹态的存活率依次为84.57%、83.21%和82.60%;蛹重依次为0.429 5、0.404 5和0.402 9 mg。供试品种中,黄瓜品种夏丰1号,菜豆品种地豆王2号及番茄品种L-402较适合该虫的生长发育,黄瓜品种西农58号,菜豆品种95-33架豆王较不适合该虫的生长发育。

【Abstract】 The effect of five varieties of cucumber, kidney bean and tomato each on the growth and development of Liriomyza sativae has been tested under the natural variable temperature condition. The results indicated that kidney bean was the most favorable on for development and growth of L. sativae among the 3 kinds of plants, tomato was the second, cucumber the third. The total development periods of L. sativae is 23.162,24.184 and 25.084 d; the survival rates from larva to pupa was 84. 57% ,83. 21% and 82. 60% ; pupa weight was 0. 429 5,0. 404 5 and 0.402 9 mg respectively. For the different varieties of the same plant, Xiafeng No. 1( cucumber), Didouwang No. 2 (kidney bean) and L-402 (tomato) were more suitable for development and growth of L. sativae, but Xinong No. 58 (cucumber) and 95-33 Jiadouwang (kidney bean) wee less suitable.
