【摘要】 对甘肃省小陇山林业局天然林保护工程实施以来的社会和经济效益进行了分析。结果表明,天然林保护工程实施4a来,产生了明显的社会效益和经济效益。虽然给森工企业带来局部的经济损失,但是对地方财政、企业职工及当地群众的经济收入影响不大。经计算小陇山林业局国民生产总值累计损失16524.33万元,当地政府财政收入增加263.77万元,企业职工收入增加8573.20万元,当地农户收入增加3760.99万元。更多还原

【Abstract】 Social and economic analysis on the Natural Forest Resources Protection Project(NFRPP) in Xiaolongshan Forest Bureau since its implementation has been done. The results showed that NFRPP has brought about the obvious social and economic benefits because of its implementation for 4 years. Though the implementation caused some economic loss to the forest bureau, there was less impact on economic income of local finance, employees of the forest bureau, and local farmers. It is calculated that the total loss of GDP in Xiaolongshan Forest Bureau amounted for RMB 165.243 3 million yuan, the increment of local finance added up to RMB 2.637 7 million yuan, the income increment of employees of the forest industrial enterprises was RMB 85.732 0 million yuan, and that of local farmers RMB 37.609 9 million yuan.更多还原
