延安地区3种灌木叶旱性结构的解剖研究

【摘要】 以角质层厚度、栅栏组织厚度/海绵组织厚度、第1层栅栏组织细胞单宽密集度、侧维管束单宽密度、主脉厚度作为叶片旱生结构指标,对比观测了3种灌木的抗旱性能。方差分析结果显示,3种灌木在所选取的5项指标上均具极显著差异,因此对其进行了两两之间的单因素多重比较,结果表明,5项指标在反映抗旱能力上的灵敏度最高的是第1层栅栏组织细胞密集度和主脉厚度。用非加权指数法对3种灌木抗旱性能大小进行排序,其结果为:沙棘>文冠果>虎榛子。

【Abstract】 The anatomical structure of the leaves in cuttings of three brushes was observed and studied in this paper. 5 important indexes were compared among three brushes. i.e, ratio of palisade tissues to spongy tissues, extent of the cell concentration of the first palisade layer, density of the lateral vascular bundle, thickness of the primary vein, cuticular thickness rariance of analysis was excellent significance to drought resistance in them. Therefore, multiple comparison between two species was analyzed respectively. Multiple comparison indicates that the order of sensitive degree is in turn extent of the cell concentration of the first palisade layer and thickness of the primary vein, ratio of palisade tissues to spongy tissues, density of the lateral vascular bundle and cuticular thickness. The order of drought resistance is Hippophae rhamnoides,Xanthoceras sorbifolia and Ostryopsis davidiana in no-weight index.
