【Abstract】 The times characteristics of the bibliography is the eternal researching subject of the bibliography.It is an important problem faced with the bibliography at present to solve effectively the spreading,search,exploitation and application of the network information resources in the figure ages.Under the network information environment, the information resources organization has shown off standardization,share and the development direction of regarding users as the center.This will ask for us how to combine the modem bibliography principle with network technique, and it can make modem bibliography satisfy better the development demand of the network information resources.更多还原
