【摘要】 文化的形成和发展有其自身的土壤 ,在当代城市环境中便体现为历史街区和历史地段。这在当今中国一些历史悠久的城市是一笔非常珍贵的财富。从城市内涵以及城市文化环境着手 ,介绍了上海石库门居住建筑及改造实例——上海新天地。而后针对新天地的改造提出作者的看法。保护历史地段不仅仅是保护它的外表 ,更要上升到保护城市文化环境的高度 ,在这个过程中还要注意到周边环境效益与社会效益。最后对城市历史地段的改造——多元共生、改造原则及技术因素等提出了一些建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Forming and development of culture have one’s own soil, reflect for historical block and historical location among contemporary urban environment. Nowadays, some cities with a long history have a sum of very precious wealth in China. This thesis sets about from the urban culture environment, then recommends,Shiku Men of Shanghai, the form of the buildings and the transformation-New field of Shanghai. And then put forward the author’s view to the transformation of it. Historical location were protected appearance of it, not merely, want and rise to protect the height of the urban culture environment even more. Notice the surrounding enviroment benefit and social benefit in this course.
