D-半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝肾睾丸组织氧化和抗氧化能力的变化

【摘要】 目的D -半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝、肾、睾丸组织氧化和抗氧化能力的变化。方法用D -半乳糖制备衰老小鼠模型 ,6周后 ,用722分光光度计检测衰老小鼠肾、肝、睾丸组织超氧化物歧化酶 (superoxidedismutase;SOD)活性、丙二醛(malondialdehyde;MDA)含量。结果D -半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝、肾、睾丸组织中SOD活性下降 ,MDA含量升高。结论D -半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝、肾、睾九组织中抗氧化能力下降 ,氧化水平增加。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect on oxidation and anti-oxidation ability caused by D-glacˉtods in mice.Methods The models of decrepit mice were made with D-glactods.Six weeks later,the contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)in their kidney,liver and testicle tissue were tested with722-Photometer.Result SOD in their kidney,liver and testicle tissue of deˉcropit mice caused by D-glactods reduced.MDA increased.Conclusion Anti-oxidation ability in their kidney,liver and testicle tissue of decropit mice caused by D-glactods reduces,oxidation ability increases.
