玻璃纤维化学镀镍铁磷合金工艺的研究

【摘要】 通过清洗、粗化、活化等工艺对玻璃纤维进行前处理 ,利用化学镀技术在玻璃纤维表面沉积了 Ni- Fe- P合金。主要讨论了主盐、还原剂、复合络合剂等主要因素对化学镀反应沉积速度的影响情况。通过 XPS等手段对镀层的成分含量、电阻率进行了测定分析 ,从而得出了主盐、还原剂、复合络合剂对镀层成分含量以及导电性能的影响情况 ;利用钯盐法实验测得镀液稳定性很好 ,通过热震实验定性分析得到镀层抗冲击强度高、结合力好 ,从而确定了最佳的工艺配方

【Abstract】 Macromolecule materials, widely used in electronics industry, unfortunately lack electromagnetic shielding capability; electroless plating can be used to remedy this lack. Glass fiber is frequently used as filler of macromolecule materials. Our aim is to study the processing parameters of electroless plating of Ni-Fe-P alloy on surface of glass fiber; there is, to our best knowledge, no paper on such processing parameters in the open literature; Fe is commonly acknowledged to be effective in enhancing electromagnetic shielding capability, but such use of Fe has not been, to our best knowledge, reported in the open literature. In our experimental study, we pretreated the glass fiber through the cleaning process, the coarsening process, activating process and so on. In this paper we present some methods for measuring and analyzing the properties of the glass fiber electrolessly plated with Ni-Fe-P alloy. In this paper, we mainly discuss the effects of main factors on the properties: (1) the effects of the main factors on the electroless depositing rate, such as the various complex ratios and the concentrations of NiSO4, FeSO4 and NaH2PO2; (2) the effects of the concentrations of NiSO4, FeSO4 and NaH2PO2 on the deposit composition content; (3) the effects of FeSO4 concentrations, NaH2PO2 concentrations and the various complex ratios on the resistance rate of deposit. We measured the deposit composition contents through the X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and the deposit resistance with the digital multimeter. The electroless bath is very stable as proved by the Pd-salt test. The resistance rate of the Ni-Fe-P alloy glass fiber reaches 7.32×10-4 Ω·cm. We used the thermal shock experiment to analyze qualitatively the adhesion between the coatings and glass fiber.
