压电智能桁架结构/控制系统的波动分析及优化设计
An Application of Wave analysis to Integrated Optimization for Structure and Control of Pizeoelectric Intelligent Trusses
【摘要】 基于波动的观点 ,分析了压电智能桁架结构 /控制系统的行波动力学模型 ,并从能量观点进行控制器设计。结构单元中传播的波在节点处反射、散射 ,考虑节点处的位移和力的边界条件 ,将局部波动模型合并成总体模型 ,并相应建立了结构 /控制系统的一体化优化设计模型。数值算例的结果表明 ,该方法是可行的和有效的
【Abstract】 Present finite element methods for integrated iptimization for structure and control of piezoelectric intelligent trusses have, to our best knowledge, such shortcomings as their limitations on excitation frequency, calculation error and control overflow. We propose applying wave analysis to such optimization to overcome such shortcomings. Section 1, on the basis of wave analysis, analyzes the dynamic model of piezoelectric intelligent trusses, in cluding element state transform matrix, element displacement transfer matrix, the transform matrix of displacements and the transform matrix of internal forces. Section 2 explains the design of the controller from the energy viewpoint so as to ensure the stability of the control system; the control force of each active bar is produced by the corresponding axial velocity feedback.Section 3 assembles the local wave models into the blobal system model with due consideration paid to boundary conditions. Section 4 explains how to build the integrated optimization model for structure and control of pezoelectric intelligent trusses; it proposes the wave amplitude coefficient as a new dynamic constraint. Section 5 gives a numercial example. Table 1 and Fig. 4 give the calculated results for the example. These calculated results demonstrated preliminarily that application of wave analysis to integrated optimization for structure and control of piezoelectric intelligent trusses can overcome shortcomings of existing methods.
