LD端面泵浦全固态绿光激光器耦合系统研究
The research of the coupling system and mode matching of LD end-pumped all-solid-state green lasers
【摘要】 目的 为了研究泵浦光与基模光的模式匹配问题。方法 利用矩阵光学方法,推导了高斯光束经耦合系统聚焦后束腰宽度和像距的计算公式。结果 计算出了焦点位置与晶体端面的距离。结论 以此计算结果为依据,实现了8 0W的532nm绿光激光输出。
【Abstract】 Aim To study the mode matching between pumping beam and TEM00 beam. Methods By the matrix optical method, formulae of waist width and imaging distance of focused Gaussian beams through the coupling system are derived.Results The distance between focus point and end face of crystal is calculated. Conclusion 56W continuous wave green laser is obtained by the result.
