【摘要】 目的　辨识洛川区域发展的优势与限制因素,提出生态经济建设的内容和模式,为区域可持续发展提供科学依据。方法　根据实地考察,结合相关资料分析,应用生态规划的方法,分析和评价洛川黄土塬区自然条件和社会经济发展现状,并进行了生态经济建设分区。结果　提出了区域生态经济建设中应遵循的5项基本原则,将洛川县划分为东北部土石丘陵水源涵养生态保护区、中部黄土塬果业经济区、县城及郊区综合生态经济区、交口镇石油化工污染防治生态区、南部破碎塬果、粮、经综合生态经济区等5个生态经济区,明确了各生态经济区发展的方向。结论　洛川县生态经济建设应按照区域分异特点,突出生态农业、生态城镇、生态产业等重点领域的建设,以促进区域社会、经济与环境的协调发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 AimTo identily the dominance and limiting factors for regional development on Luochuan county. To put forward the content and models of ecological construction in this area. To provide scientific base for regional sustainable development.MethodsCombining field investigation with datum analyse, by means of ecological planning, the natural condition and the actuality of social and economic development were appraised. Then the eco-economic region were regionalized.ResultsThe five basic principles which ought to follow in regional eco-economic construction were presenfed. And five eco-economic regions are:①The water self-restraint ecological conservation on northeast hill; ②The fruit estate economic region on middle part of loess plain; ③The synthetic economic region on county seat and suburb; ④The pollution prevention and cure region on Jiaokou town petrochemical industry; ⑤The fruit,grain and economic crop estate region on south part in the loess plain .From above, the developmental ways for each eco-economic region were defined.ConclusionThe eco-economic construction for Luochuan county should accord to the regional characteristics, stress the buiding of ecological agriculture、ecological town and ecological industry, and accelerate regional social、economic and environmental concerted development.更多还原
