【Abstract】 AimThe effect of axial load on stability of simply supported pipe conveying fluid is analyzed. MethodsThe finite different method in the form of recurrence formula. ResultsIn case of various axial loads and mass ratios, various curves between dimensionless fluid flow velocity and dimensionless complex frequency are plotted.
