【Abstract】 In morden market economy, although individual interests and public inerests have some differences, they depend on each other. The maximal individual benefit relies on consummating public products and balacing social entirety. Public interests depend on widely realization of personal free competition and personal interests. No matter what individul interests and public interests are, they can only be realized by coordinated development of public interests and individul interests.
