【Abstract】 China has opened up to the outside world and adopted the reform policy for more than twenty years. Chinese family human capital has changed enormously in terms of the investment concept, intensity and projects. However, we are aware of sticky problems such as lack of rationality, a rash waste of time and money, and the urban and suburban discrepancy in the process of investment in the family human capital. This paper makes a comprehensive and thorough investigation into ways of fully exerting the nation′s advantages of abundance in labor resources, tapping the great potentialities of investment in family human capital, and speeding up the upgrading of the qualities of the nation′s citizens. The author concludes that governments at all levels,society and families are to be combined to establish an essential model with Chinese characteristics of investment in family human capital.更多还原
