【Abstract】 It is urgent for Shannxi Province to develop the rural medical security system promptly after we made initial achievements in urban medical security system.The urgent thing we must do is that the government should set up a comprehensive system for the rural medical security macroscopically.The author suggests that the following system be adopted in our province:emphasizing prevention and setting up the rural public health care and epidemic prevention system; putting first the overall plan of treating serious diseases and establishing the new rural cooperative medical security system;establishing the rural medical salvage system and enhancing the rural hygienical aid-the-poor program.更多还原
