【Abstract】 Business model shows the microcosmic operation manner of an enterprise to achieve its goals.This paper focuses on the business model of enterprise,and analyses the evolution of the business model of aviation industry enterprises in China.Based on this analysis,the authors made the definition of the three different business models of China′s Western aviation industry enterprises,and researched on the three business models comparatively.Based on the theory of modern project management,a new type of business model of China Western aviation industry enterprises is finally formulated in this paper.It would be helpful for Chinese aviation industry enterprises to change their business models to adapt to the new business environment.更多还原
