【摘要】 目的　探讨中药普乐康对HIV/AIDS患者细胞免疫功能的影响。方法　普乐康治疗前后 ,采用PHA体外诱导淋巴细胞增殖 ,观测治疗前后淋巴细胞增殖能力的变化 ,并测定血清细胞因子IL 2和IFN γ浓度的变化 ;用LDH释放法测定NK和LAK细胞的杀伤活性 ,对结果进行统计学处理。结果　用药后HIV/AIDS患者血液的淋巴细胞对PHA诱导的增殖能力、血清IL 2和IFN γ水平均明显高于治疗前 (P均 <0 .0 5 ) ;NK和LAK细胞的杀伤活性亦明显高于治疗前 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　普乐康可以改善HIV/AIDS患者细胞免疫功能紊乱状态 ,有助于患者机体的康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of PULEKAN G on cellular immunity in serum in patients with HIV/AIDS. Methods Before and after treatment with PULEKANG, PHA was u sed to induce the proliferation of lymphocytes. The proliferative ability of lym phocytes was measured with MTT assay. The serum levels of IL-2/IFN-γ were detected with ELISA assay. The activities of NK and LAK cells were measured wit h lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) methods. Results Compared with those of post-treatment, the prolife rative ability of lymphocytes, the serum levels of IL-2 and IFN-γ, the ac tivities of NK and LAK cells were significantly lower in the patients with HIV/A IDS before treatment. Conclusion PULEKANG can improve the dysfunction of cellular immunity of the patients with HIV/AIDS.更多还原
